Analytical thinking and accuracy in completing tasks allow Ģirts to successfully fulfil his duties in the company as a financial analyst. It is important for him to do meaningful work and always act in the best possible way.
Ģirts is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Latvia, who is currently studying for the Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance at RBS.

Ralfs finds innovative and technological solutions to improve business processes and is convinced that a thoughtful approach can pave the way to excellent results. He is loyal and responsible, uses his analytical thinking to discover new opportunities and adapt solutions to different situations. Constantly striving for self-growth, Ralfs actively integrates modern technologies into financial processes, contributing to the company's growth in this field.
In parallel with his work, he studies financial management at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences of the University of Latvia (LU ESZF).

Gita knows everything and more about EU funding. She keenly follows all updates about EU structural funds and keeps at the front of her mind every tiny detail that a business needs to know when applying for EU funding or using funds. Gita also knows how to procure products and services in full accordance with EU requirements and will always provide the necessary documentation.

Gita has a professional bachelor’s degree and a social worker’s qualification from the University of Latvia

Sanita stands out with a high sense of responsibility, accuracy and the ability to maintain optimism even in crisis situations. On a daily basis, she actively participates and provides support in the planning and development of European Union funded projects, as well as ensures their monitoring until successful implementation. Her scrupulous approach and genuine desire to help others allow her to effectively solve problems even in the most difficult situations. Her unwavering optimism and strong sense of responsibility promote high-quality cooperation and create a positive environment for teamwork.
Sanita graduated from the Turība University (Biznesa augstskola “Turība”), obtaining a higher education in the tourism and hospitality sector, and during her career she managed a company's structural unit, gaining a versatile experience.
